Wollongong, a Great Place to Visit!

Tourism is one of Australia’s biggest industries bringing in billions of dollars and creating thousands of jobs each year. NSW Tourism has received funding to expand their website which promotes NSW as a tourist destination. Their market research has identified five types of travellers to NSW: Luxury Travellers, Family Travellers, Touring Travellers, Adventure Travellers and Peer Group Travellers. Now they want to market 5 regional cities in NSW directly to each of the five types of travellers and are holding a competition to find the best entries.

You and four of your classmates are invited to create online travel guides and suggested itineraries for visitors to Wollongong, highlighting attractions/activities that would appeal to each type of traveller. They also need a questionnaire so that potential visitors can go directly to the itinerary created for them!
