Brown v. Board of Education (1954)

Task

You are a lawyer during the 1950's.  You have been hired by Oliver L. Brown and the 12 other families involved as the plaintiff in the Supreme Court case of Brown v. Board of Education.  As an advocate for equal education and desegregation, you must comprise a defense for your side of the argument in order to convince a jury of your peers beyond a resonable doubt that segregation in schools is a racist action embedded in immorality and a violation of the 14th Ammendment outlined by the Constitution.
