How will you go about creating a healthy meal?


1. Search to help you define protein, carbohydrate, and vitamin.



2. Next, search to find a healthy eating food pyramid. This will help you know how much food is a healthy amount for a person to consume each day for each type of food.


3. Now that you know what proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins are, search for information on what kinds of food you can eat to get those important nutrients.
