A Tree Is a Plant

How did you feel about trees after reading "A Tree Is a Plant"?  What did you learn about trees?  Did the book make you feel anything differently about the importance of Arbor Day?  Write a short summary of the book and explain what parts meant something special to you.  Explain how a tree starts out as only a tiny plant, but grows to be a big, tall, and strong tree and can be helpful in many ways.  Explain why it is important to keep planting trees, not only on Arbor Day, but anytime of the year.
