I hope students will be thinking globally after this Webquest, as well as locally for living a greener, cleaner life. The power of one person to change habits is one that resonates with the French video series. The website and videos provided are wonderfully done and will appeal to learners of all ages.

This Webquest is designed for advanced level learners (3-4 years) who have mastered writing skills as well as listening comprehension. However, the videos can be used and translated by any teacher for less proficient learners. The videos would also be great for class discussions. This lesson incorporates the  following national standards for Foreign Language Learning : Communication Standards 1.1. 1.2 and 1.3; Cultures Standards 2.1 and 2.2; Connections Standards 3.1 and 3.2; Comparisons Standard 4.2.
