Genomics, Disaster Preparedness and Health Promotion

Target Learners: Student's taking an online Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) completion course.

Course: The Role of the Professional Nurse in Promoting Health. This is a 3  semester credit hour course taught in a 7 week format.
Course objected addressed by webquest:

• Discuss evidence-based nursing practice related to selected integrative nursing interventions to promote health and healing across the life-span, including disaster preparedness, genomics, alternative therapies, and end-of-life-care.
  

Webquest: was planned as an activity to replace a quiz where student's will receive a total of 14 points.
