Differentiate




  • Teacher will assign a helper to each  ESL students in order to assist them with completing the work


  • Teacher will group people that stronger can work with weaker person at the same group


  • Teacher will use interactive activity game for providing better understanding of the concept


  • Teacher will create a vocabulary list and write it on the board and assess that students are taking notes

 


Reflective Statement




  • Teacher will motivate and reward students for participating in class activities


  • Teacher will personally assist students with learning or behavioural disabilities and disorders


  • Teacher will adjust the material and lesson plan for the next lesson based on the notes taking during formal evaluation process


  • Teacher will provide additional help while students work on the interactive game

 


Classroom management




  • Teacher monitors and observes students working in the classroom


  • Teacher will use eye contact to preventing misbehaviour


  • Teacher will use body language whenever it is needed


  • Teacher will provide more time to respond to ESL and students with special needs
