Teacher will assign a helper to each ESL students in order to assist them with completing the work
Teacher will group people that stronger can work with weaker person at the same group
Teacher will use interactive activity game for providing better understanding of the concept
Teacher will create a vocabulary list and write it on the board and assess that students are taking notes

Teacher will motivate and reward students for participating in class activities
Teacher will personally assist students with learning or behavioural disabilities and disorders
Teacher will adjust the material and lesson plan for the next lesson based on the notes taking during formal evaluation process
Teacher will provide additional help while students work on the interactive game
Classroom management
Teacher monitors and observes students working in the classroom
Teacher will use eye contact to preventing misbehaviour
Teacher will use body language whenever it is needed
Teacher will provide more time to respond to ESL and students with special needs
