Letter of Complaint

 Our target group are students ranging from grade nine to grade twelve.

Students should have some knowledge of business letter before this webquest is done.

Teacher can also utilize the folowing activities:

1. Teacher will write the elements of a letter of complaint on strips of paper and students will be asked to pin these elements in the correct order.

 

2. Teacher can facilitate a discussion among students to highlight situations in which they would required to write letters of complaint.In addition, they will be asked to state what would be the content of their letters. Credits may be given for student participation.
