Task

Imagine yourself in a busy newsroom. Computer monitors light up the room while you hear the busy tapping of the keyboards.  Everyone is talking and sharing information, and yet somehow people are able to make calls and be heard on the phone. 

This is your new job as a journalist researcher.  Your job is to vet potential stories from the surrounding area.  Currently you are investigating other broadcast programs for journalistic integrity.  By watching and reading their stories you hope to gain insight into the profession and learn the dos and do-nots of professional journalism.

You will be working with other new researchers on this assignment.  Your job depends on how well you work together.  You will either succeed as a team or fail as a team. 

On the last few days of your research the main anchor will get sick, and your team will be responsible for putting on your professional attire and presenting the news!
