Famous Missourian Project

Your job, as the expert, on one famous Missourian is to gather and collect information and portray those findings in writing as well as through a visual representation.

Writing assignment includes:

• The Important Paper (word processed)
• Timeline (link)
• Journal/diary entry or letter written from the perspective of your famous Missourian (handwritten; made to look like an artifact)

Choices for the visual representation include but not limited to:

• a tri-fold board
• poster board
• scrapbook
• book
• power point presentation
• diorama.

Visual needs to also include:

• map which includes place of birth/death marked, compass rose, sentence describing absolute and relative location, and other important cities 
• timeline (listing important events)
• pictures (at least 2)
• Famous Missourian's name placed appropriately
• Your name
