You are in charge of creating a message for your candidate's campaign. There are several roles that you will have to fulfill.  They are discussed in brief here- please scroll down to the appropriate area for a more detailed description of the job, as well as resources which can help you complete that job.

Your first step is research:

1) Position Research- The role of this person is to gather information from resources about your position on the issue. They will use either the "Support Neighborhood Groups" section or "Support Businesses" section to find and record information to support your position.
 
2) Opposition Research- The role of this person is to gather information from resources about the opposite stance on the issue. They will use either the "Support Neighborhood Groups" section or "Support Businesses" section- whichever is the opposite of your candidate's position.

Next, you need to convince people that your plan is the right one:

3) Community Relations Writer- This person is in charge of persuading the community of the right course of action. To do so, they must create a  brochure to help educate stakeholders. See the section below for more details. 


At all times, you must edit your work:

4) Editor- The role of these of this person is to check the products for accuracy in content, spelling, grammar, and function. You will need to produce professional-grade work in order to convince your audience of your position.
