The French Revolution and the Three Estates

Focus:

The focus of this WebQuest is the French Revolution and the struggle for political power that daily impacts nations and people the world over. This WebQuest should be done after a lesson or unit concerning the French Revolution, Napoleon, or a similar topic.

 

Objectives:

1) Students will conduct research using the Internet (Procedure 2).

2) Students will write a properly formatted five-paragraph essay (Procedures 4, 5, 6, and 7).

3) Students will evaluate the merits and drawbacks of various systems of governance (Procedures 1 and 3).

The assessment aligns with each of the objectives as follows:
