Trip to the Metropolitan Museum of Art

This webquest is designed for students in 4th grade and up to create a trip to the Metropolitan Museum of art for their classmates. The students will work in groups of 3-4 to create a one hour tour for their classmates. They will have to create a timeline and map to use to guide them through the museum and keep them on schedule.
The webquest can be tailored to what your students are learning by asking students to search the museums resources for a specific topic or left open to encourage the students to thoroughly explore the museum's resources. The best part is the students can take their classmates or families on the tours they created when they complete the webquest.
This webquest will take approximately 7 class periods to complete.
