Let's take care of our environment

Focus:
This WebQuest basically focuses on information regarding climate change and global warming. The objective of this webquest is to help students gain awareness on the topic.

Objectives/Goals:

• Students will learn vocabulary related to the topic.
• Students will be able to state their thoughts on the topic
• Students will learn about the effects of global warming.
• Students will create a video message of one minute in which they will state their concern
• Students will submit the video for the www.epals.com website

Resources:
Prerequisite Skills: Comfort level with the Internet
Time Required: 3+1 day- 3 days for lessons and preparation ( 45 minutes each) and 1 day for creation and submission of the video.

Technology Needs/Materials Needed:
Since students will be working in groups, it is not necessary for each student to have a computer, but each group must have one accessible well as the WebQuest "Let's take care of our environment"
