From SEED to PLANT

I created this for a college course while working on my Masters.  I am eager to try this in my classroom.  I am curious to see how long it takes my students to complete.  My classroom is equipt with 12 student computers, therefore, I have my students work in pairs to complete this web quest.

I plan to print the Mission Log, copy it front to back, and put them in manilla envelopes with "Top Secret" written on the front.  I also plan to have groups assigned, rather than letting them choose partners.

This web quest was designed so that you can easily assess knowledge of content by comparing the pre and post tests.  The purpose of the Mission Log is to identify the areas of which the students had difficulty so that interventions can be made.
