Title: Procedure Text: How to Open Bank Account 
Description: A WebQuest for Adult, Intermediate level students, Students of EFL/ ESL. The main concern of this webquest is to teach reading and writing procedure text through the sequences of how to open bank account.

Objectives
  1. Get information from reading the articles related to how to open bank account and procedure text available.
  2. Develop the information into a first draft of procedure text.
  3. Write a procedure text as the final product.
Introduction
Students are introduced to procedure text through the procedure of how to open bank account.  
Procedure text is one of genres or text types for high school students. In this webquest, we are going to learn procedure text, including its purpose, generic structures, and the language features. At the end of this activity, students are expected to be able to write a procedure text based on a particular topic.

Task
After getting information about procedure text including its purpose, structures, and language features, reading the articles related to procedure text, and also visiting a bank, asking, and observing the activity of opening bank account, the students are asked to write a procedure text about how to open bank account. 
 At the end of this activity, students are expected to be able to produce their own procedure text about how to open bank account. 

Process
1. Students are instructed to read the explanation about procedure text, including its purpose, generic structures, language features, and examples of it.

2. They are asked to visit, ask and observe the activity of opening bank account in a certain bank. 
 
3. Students are asked to write a first draft consisting of important information from the bank they have visited and the articles they have read.   

4. They are asked to write a final draft of procedure text.

5. Students are asked to submit it to my email: mzaenudin.2010@gmail.com

Students' work must be no less than 400 words.

Evaluation
The total score of this activity is 160. The students' mark will be taken from several aspects, such as: vocabulary, grammar, structure of language, spelling, and punctuation, and cohesiveness. The students' mark can be gained by dividing the total score by 16. 
For example, Suarez get 140. so, his mark will be 140/16 = 8,75.

Conclusion
Students will able to understand the procedure text, including its purpose, generic structures, language features and to write a procedure text.
The expected result of this activity is students' product of procedure text.
