It has been brought to our attention that the geologists studying Mt. Kilauea in Hawaii are over worked and to exhausted to go on. That is why the U.S. Geological Survey is chosing students from all over the country to come to Hawaii and help prevent any disasters caused by major eruptions.

You Have been selectd to join us in Hawaii to study at our research facility. You will study this active volcano and help make predictions about its next eruption and learn ways to prevent disasterous outcomes for towns nearby.

First make sure you do some research. You want to know about the history of the volcano so you can make a better prediction. Then you can use the tools and technology scientists use to provide evacuation plans for towns, and predict lava flows. Once all of the selected students arrive we will compare notes and see who has the best predictions.
