Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes

The task is simple: You are an investigative journalist who has time warped back to 1945 during World War II.  You will report on:

1. The region of Japan

2. How Japanese children are similar and different that American children.

3. A timeline of events during WWII

4. The atomic bomb- the effects and aftermath

5. Peace efforts- including the Hiroshima Children's Memorial that contains the thousand paper cranes
