Task
Students must complete the following while working on this webquest:

Gather your height, weight, resting heart rate, and blood pressure that will be calculated by Biomed students during PE.

Calculate your max heart rate and target heart rate zone working at 70%.

Calculate your BMI using your height and weight. Evaluate your health level.

Label the diastolic and systolic numbers in your blood pressure.
- Write a 1 page paper, single spaced, 12 point font, answering the questions below.
