Now, if you are ready, let’s start.
•    Create groups of 4
The first thing you need to do is create a team of 4 people. This is definitely a group project and requires teamwork. You can  ask your teacher if you need help creating your teams.
•    Prepare a report
Your first task is to  find out which country had already qualified for participation. By using the resources such as books, websites and other materials given by your teacher (You will also find these resources in the Process section). Collecting the required data
•    Design a presentation using any tool
Then, you will prepare a presentation report of your research  to inform your classmates and principal about your readiness to adopt the visiting teams  and how ready the preparation is.
•    Present your work
After completing your report and design too , your group will present your work on your experience and readiness . The Report  / Presentation will include the followings.
1.    Which countries hosted the same event successfully since the start of this world event
2.    What are the countries that qualified for 2010  and their profiles?
3.    The cost of the stadia with the effect of recession period
4.    How are the games scheduled and which are the  hosting Cities?
5.    What capacities do the stadia accommodates?
6.    When will the games be played ?
7.    Will there be accommodation for all ?
