My experience of south africa during the 2010 Fifa World cup South Africa

The country (South Africa ) had won the bid to host the world cup. Many people  around the country are celebrating a current event called "FIFA Confederation Cup" also hosted in South Africa. Your School Administrators are wondering if your school should  adopt  one of the Countries that qualified for the event in our country to show them hospitality. The problem is they are not sure about why, when and how county can be adopted, how  the match are scheduled  to accommodates their visitors,  which cities to can accommodates them during their days of playing and which countries qualified.  They need your help!
Today, your teacher  received a letter from  SAFA requesting your help on explaining how your school can take part in this memorial event for the first time in the history of soccer in African soil . They also ask about your ideas on the cost of the stadia readiness since the current recessions. Now, the problem is you need to convince them on idea of readiness  by preparing a report and presentation backed by statistics of your findings. They will visit your classroom to get your reports and ideas very soon. If they like your presentation and ideas about your experience your school may be given soccer kits and sponsors for your soccer team for the next decade.
