Describing Human Characteristics of the Belizean Region

You are planning a trip to Belize, a country in Central America.  While in Belize you want to learn of their human characteristics: language, religion, economic systems, governmental systems, and cultural traditions.  As a traveler, you must plan what events you will do while you are there to physically enhance your understanding of the Belizean culture.  At the end of your vacation a summary of what you have learned and experienced will be required by writing a letter to the prime minister of Belize telling him of your experience while visiting his country; which, will be turned into me.  A test, as well, will be given to you to assess your knowledge in the content area.
