Anne Frank WebQuest

From the tasks below, each student will complete the timeline activity and complete one of the diary writing activities of their choice.

Timeline

Each student will create a timeline detailing the important events of the Holocaust. Information on the events of the Holocaust will be gathered from educational websites as well as materials presented in class.

Diary Entry

Each student will be required to select a diary entry task from one of the following and write a diary entry following the guidelines provided.

1. Pretend you are Anne Frank and write two entries in your diary about your experiences in hiding.
2. Pretend you are Anne Frank and you have taken your diary with you to the concentration camp. Write two entries about your experiences in the camp.
3. Write two diary entries from the point of view of another child affected by the Holocaust during the same time perdiod that Anne Frank lived.
