The American Flag

First you will read about Betsy Ross and how she contributed to our American Flag.
Next you will find the original 13 colonies and their location on the map.
Then you will complete the vocabulary word list.
Last you will choose a colony that you are interested in, find out more about it and write an essay of what you find. You can write about the name of the colony, the year it was founded, who founded that colony, how they survived and lived.
To finalize your assignment draw a venn diagram to show similarities and differences between colonial times and today.
