Ethical Use of Technology in the Classroom

In this webquest, you and a partner will be asked to navigate websites to find the answers to create a frequently asked questions list.  Your final product will be a reference that you and students can refer to when creating projects for your classroom.

Part 1 of this webquest looks at Property rights and how they affect your classroom.  You will explore the concepts of copyright, fair use and ways that you can legally use material in presentations and student projects.

Part 2 of this webquest addresses privacy concerns with the internet.  Particularly, how can you protect your students when asking them to work online.

Part 3 of this webquest looks at appropriate use of district technology and resources.
