Parents will learn three core concepts in Early Development gleaned from advances in neuroscience, molecular biology, and genomics to gain an understanding of how early learning experiences are built into our bodies and brains.

First students will be introduced to basic brain vocabulary and actively interact with this vocabulary in a game.

Then students will watch a series of videos the explore three brain concepts: brain architecture, serve and return interaction shapes brain circuitry and toxic stress derails healthy development.

Finally using digital photography parents will upload photos and connected text to a collaborative Word google doc then using this information create a book in Realewriter demonstrating the three core brain concepts.
