Did you know that nearly half of all the water used in your house is in the bathroom?

Running the tap can waste up to 16 litres of water a minute! WOW!
If you shower for ten minutes, you are using up to 200 Litres of Water! Uh oh!

Here are some quick and easy tips to help you save water in the bathroom:

1. Turn the tap off when brushing your teeth. Wet your brush and use a glass for rinsing.
2. Use a shower timer and cut down your showers to 3 minutes.
3. Recycle your bath water by using it in the garden, or ask mum and dad to use it to wash their car!
4. Adding cold water to reduce the temperature in your shower is very wasteful. Try using less hot water instead!
