Print or write down the survey questions listed below.
Find five people who used to smoke but have stopped who agree to answer the questions.
Ask the questions to these people.
Send your results to the teacher on email: [email protected]
Your answers will be pooled together and sent back to you through an email (this will show a graph with all your results).
