Day 1:

1. View this Prezi presentation to find out all you need to know about primary documents.
2. Go to your True Explorers Journal (blog) and answer the question at the end of the Prezi.

Day 2:
1. Click here and do a web search for an example of a primary source.
     *You can look for images, documents, or anything else that you can find!
2. Copy and Paste the link to your primary source and put it in your blog.
3. In your blog post for today, describe the primary source and include why you think it is a primary source.

Day 3:
1. Find a classmate's blog and look at their primary source.
2. Leave a comment on your classmate's blog telling them that you agree or disagree with their decision.

Day 4:
1. Make a one slide presentation on powerpoint or keynote to present your primary source to the class.
2. Answer the following questions on your slide:

  • What is the name of your primary resource?
  • Where did you find it?
  • Why is it a primary source?
  • Give one or two interesting facts about your primary source.
3. Email me your powerpoint slide and be ready to share with the class tomorrow!
