Let's learn about Bats!

Process

1) Form a group of four to five classmates.

2) Begin gathering information about bats. Make sure to answer the questions on your group worksheet and cite your sources.

You may use the internet, books or reference materials to gather your information. You may use the school library, public library and internet.

I have included links to useful websites below:

3) Using all you have learned about bats, create a group presentation for the class. All group members must participate! Some presentation examples are: a poster/display, an oral report, a PowerPoint, etc.  If you would like to do something different, please ask before you begin.  Also, don't forget to include the answers to the questions on the group form.

4) Remember...be persuasive!  You are trying to convince your parents to save the bat colony in your attic.  Include suggestions as well as reasons why this should be done.
