Let's Talk Turkey!

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and you can already smell the roast turkey, gravy, buttered stuffing, and pumpkin pie.  Mmmm!  Mmmm!  But, you start to get nervous as you think about the mountains of food at your Thanksgiving table�  In health class you've learned that nearly one in three children in America today are overweight or obese.  Could Thanksgiving be contributing to the obesity problem? Just how healthy is this meal to end all meals?
