Cultural Cuisine in the Cafeteria!

OMG!  You and your friends are "fed up" with the lunches served in the school cafeteria!  The menus are neither culturally diverse nor enticing and you all would like to "spice things up" a bit.  After taking your complaint to the principal, you and your group of friends have been challenged by the school nutrition department to come up with a popular cultural cuisine that would be both appetizing and nutritionally balanced according to the MyPyramid.gov website.
