Manners at the White House

Congratulations!  Now that the secret service has completed their back ground checks, you have been hired to be the new Chief of Protocol at the White House.  That means it will be your responsibility to help make sure meal service and etiquette at all White House dinners is impeccable.  Are you up to the task?  How do you set a table?  Which way do you pass the food?  Buffet style or formal service?
