A Chocolate Challenge!

Your uncle Ernie has recently passed away.  At the reading of the will, you find out that he has left you 1 million pounds.  The only catch to receiving the money is that you have to create something new and something that you love with it.  You think to yourself "What do I absolutely love?".  Instantly, chocolate pops into your mind.  You love any kind of chocolate!  Mars bars,Kitkats, chocolate cake, chocolate chip cookies.......all are delicious.  But, the only problem is that they aren't new.  So, you decide to create a new chocolate bar that everyone will love.  The only problem is that you know absolutely nothing about chocolate.  So, before you can create a new bar, you have to find out everything you can about it.  After gathering your information, you will have to decide what kind of bar you will create.  You will have to decide what ingredients go into it, how it is made, what it looks like, and what to name it.  You will also have to design a wrapper that sells it.  So, this is your mission.  You had better get started or risk losing a million pounds.
