Universal Design and Universal Design for Learning are principles of great importance in the classroom, yet many teachers have received little or no training in their application.  During the course of this WebQuest, your team will explore the background and history of UD and UDL as well as theri application.  When finished, you will possess a heightened awareness of your role in the provision of access to educational opportunities. 

The principles of Universal Design and Universal Design for Learning are crucial to meeting the needs of today's diverse population of learners.  Your mission is to explore the rationale behind, laws governing, and options for implementing these principles.
