Cardiac Rhythm Implantable Device Training

As I'm sure you have noticed, there is a lot of content contained in this course.  As you've seen, there is also much more to learn.  Training to check cardiac rhythm devices is a long process, so don't expect to learn it in a day or a month.  It usually takes a year to true proficiency, even longer if you don't do it every day.  The important thing is that you don't ever stop learning.  There are great resources out there, many linked through this course.  Utilize them, mentors, and texts to keep on learning.  A decision about doing independent device checks should be a shared decision between you and your mentor in the clinic.  I wish you the best in this exciting and dynamic field!
