George Washington's Secret by Charlotte Scarborough

Conclusion

white-house-picture.jpg

You clicked on the links and read about George Washington. You found out that he had bad teeth. You found out that he loved horses and had a horse named Magnolia. He didn't want his horses' teeth to be bad like his. So, he had his horses' teeth brushed every day. He left the toothbrush and the message on the painting so someone would find it and brush Magnolia's teeth.

George did not live in the White House. It was not built until after he was President. He must have snuck in and gone to the basement and left the painting and toothbrush!

That is George's secret. You solved the mystery of the message on the back of the painting. Good work!!

Although some of this mystery is fiction, George really did have his horses' teeth brushed every day in real life. It really was a secret of his!

Thank you for your good work!
