Welcome to the world of robots!

Through this Webquest you will discover that robots are becoming more involved in our society than just appearing in sci-fi movies. Robots are already taking up significant market share in the entertainment and leisure industry (toys) and having an impact on education for primary, secondary and university students. They are also becoming more prevalent in private and government industries including health, mining, agriculture, rescue, security and defense. Much of this growth is due to improvements to battery and micro-processor technology.

So bring your robot and let's go and have some fun! (Oh, and we'll be learning some pretty important things too).
