Introduction
Instructions for utilising the WebQuest resource
Upon opening the WebQuest site a menu column can be seen on the left listing the various learning activities.
The Welcome menu item provides an overview of the resource as constituting a part of the requirements of the Business Education Curriculum Studies 3CLP407_12se2 subject.
The Instructions item describes how students are to interact with WebQuest in order to attain the greatest benefit from the resource in reviewing the standards of learning achieved and furtherimproving learning standards. It contains additional resources enhancing thestimulus narrative examined by the WebQuest review resource such as BusinessActivities and Sectors of the Economy. It provides links allowing students to conduct further research into the stimulus response narrative topic which in this case is the Mars Explorationprogram. These include links from NASA and other web sites. The Instructions menu item also includes a link to the Curiosity Twitter account.
The Stimulus Response narrative menu item provides the background plot which forms the basis of the assessment review.
The ReviewQuestions menu item contains the review questions based on the stimulus narrative.
The Review Solutions menu item contains the solutions review questions based on the stimulus narrative.
The Quiz menu item consists of a multiple choice quiz on the topic Nature of Business with emphasis on the business at hand i.e. NASA. At the completion of the quiz, the solution is provided.
The Business Hangman menu item comprises a hangman game of Nature of Business related terms.
