Health, fitness, and wellness are all determined by the individual.  Outside influences may play a roll in how well one can maintain or improve their states of health, fitness, and wellness, but it boils down to the effort of the individual to keep or improve upon their current status.  Part of this includes eating right, sleeping enough, exercising regularly, and practicing good hygene. 

You are now going to research and decide which steps you think are most important to each part of health, fitness, and wellness.  Each of these steps essentially come together to make a healthy, fit, and well individual.
