Significant Battles of the American Revolution.

In conclusion, we hope that this process had provided an opportunity for students to learn by becoming the "teacher" and the teacher to learn by sitting back and becoming the "student" - a process which engages everyone.  Active learning, especially student centered, is the means to a brighter future.

This Webquest learning event provided historical background about the American Revolution and an activity for students to learn through engagement about the significant battles that took place.  Not only were the presenters actively engaged, but their peers should have also been actively engaged by providing a peer review and by asking questions during presentations.

It is our hope that this activity has provided an opportunity for a new way of learning.
