Welcome: Guitar - Pop Ensemble Assignment
Description: In this assignment students and their assigned bands will be tasked with selecting a song of their choice. This song will be learned and rehearsed by the band through multiple modalities of notation, and students will also identify significant meaning behind their chosen song in order to foster deep engagement and emotional authenticity behind their performance. Students must be prepared to perform their chosen song as a band for the class in a recital format by the deadline.
