Famous Mathematicians Biographies

This webquest was created for a 5th grade class. The goal is not just for them to learn about the scientists but to improve the organization skills, including outlining, fact finding and evaluation of information.  The students were required to create a powerpoint slideshow PRIOR to their research with the slides entitled Biography, Overview, Early Childhood, Influences, Famous, and Conclusion. The students were required to create this within the outline view of powerpoint. This was to organize their thoughts to give them better understanding of organization of presentations and papers. We might add something cool afterwords from wordl or a timeline website!
