Online Recruiting, Job Hunting and Personal Marketing

This webquest was designed by Michael Peters, Technology Integration Specialist at Colegio Americano de Guatemala, in consultation with Ms. Suzanne Chang for her senior Health and Life Skills students.  I believe it could easily be adapted for use with college level students or adult job seekers.

It is intended to provide an extenion and compliment to traditional resume and career planning instruction.  It is expected that students will have some exposure to this topic area, including having prepared a simple resume and cover letter designed for a hard-copy format.

Because each task requires a significant amount of reading and completing other activities, it would be best if students were given more than a week to complete everything, with time in class provided for discussion and questions.
