Target Learners

This webquest is designed for teens, especially for Senior High School students. It is
because the available topic is targeted for teens. In the other hand, Hortatory
Exposition text is available in KTSP for High School students grade XI semester
2. As students in intermediate level, they are able to do skimming and scanning
to collect some information from the sources. They are also have ability to
compile and modify the information they have got and present it. Thus, the
target students of this webquest is students High School grade XI semester 2.

Learning Objectives

In general, this webquest is purposed to improve the students’ skills of reading and writing in English. Specifically,
after completing the webquest tasks, the students are expected to demonstrate
their abilities to:

present orally the ideas underlying the
brochure.
