Your mission is to choose 1 aspect of a balanced and healthy lifestyle that will help grade 2 be more emotionally, socially and physically healthy.  You can choose from:

• Relaxation
• Sleep
• Diet
• Exercise
• Personal Hygiene

Once you have researched and written your report, you will have to give a presentation to some grade 2 children to encourage them to lead a more balanced life.
