Agriculture Throughout The Years

From the following list of agriculture categories, listed at the United States Department of Agriculture, USDA, website, you will pick one and decide which category you think has changed the most.  Some categories may cross over. For example, plants, they started out just planting seeds, but have become part of the biotechnology (genetic engineering) category with the way that seeds are being created for the best yield, resistance against diseases, etc.  To come up with a conclusion, the student may use the internet and books to find their information.
