Vacation to Disney

For this assignment you will plan a 1 week (7 days) trip from Richmond, VA to Orlando, FL (where Disney World is).  This will take place from November 17-23.  You and your partner will be traveling with either your fathers or your mothers.  Your group has a budget of $4,500 that you cannot go over.  (That means 4 people)

First, you will determine if you will travel by airplane, car, or train.  Keep in mind, if traveling by airplane or train you may have to rent a car when you arrive in Orlando.  

You will then need to determine which hotel you will stay in for the duration of your vacation.  

You are required to include ticket prices that will allow you to visit all 4 parks (Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom). You can include other places to visit inside or outside of Walt Disney World, but only if you have enough money.  

Be sure to also include food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  Food is important! 

Once you have determined all of this, you will make an organized daily report.  Your report should include all of the following criteria:

• An itinerary of what you plan to do each day.  This needs to include prices.  Also, do not forget to include the 3 separate meals.  
• Travel plans each day with prices.  This includes gas for the car, if you will need to drive anywhere.  
• Hotel accommodations with prices.
• Please be sure to tell me how you came to these decisions.  I want to know what was going on in your head.  For example, why did you choose to take a plane over driving by car?
