A Mathematician Webquest

In correctly completing this Famous Mathematicians WebQuest, you will be able to answer:

A. What is a mathematician?
B. Why is your mathematician famous?
C. How has he/she influenced mathematical thinking?
D. Who is your mathematician, where was he/she born?  Provide a little bit of information/map about where they grew up.
E. Why is he/she the most famous mathematician ever?

Active participation in this project will enable students to find answers to these and many more questions concerning the mathematicians who have so greatly influenced the subject we study.

After completing your research, you will create a five slide (minimum) powerpoint presentation to present to your class about your mathematician.
