During this lesson you will visit multiple internet sites in order to gather information about the Declaration of Independence. The information collected will be organized using a graphic organizer and will aid you in exploring why the Declaration has remained important then, now, and in the future. At the end of the lesson, you will present a slide show to discuss the impact the Declaration of Independence has had on our lives. The slide show will serve as the assessment in order to evaluate the understanding of the material presented.
